Many areas in Colombo to experience a 24 hour water cut

The Water Supply to a number of areas in Colombo will be disrupted for 24 hours from 9 am tomorrow (23).
The National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB) noted that the areas from Colombo 1 to 3, and Colombo 7 to 12 will experience a disruption in the water supply.
According to the NWSDB, the supply will be disrupted as a result of the shifting of the Raw Water Transmission pipeline to the Ambathale Water Treatment Plant for the construction of the SLLRDC Flood Control Canal.
