Ride for Ceylon (R4C) and Friends of Manipay Hospital Trustee, Anandan Arnold, has been appointed Chief Executive of LPL team Jaffna Stallions.

Based in the U.K., Anandan is part of the driving force behind the Ride for Ceylon charity. With a heart to see his beloved motherland prosper, Anandan has ploughed time and funds into seeing the charity grow and develop. He is one of the pioneers behind the project to reconstruct and renovate the Green Memorial Hospital in Jaffna, so that once again it will be a beacon of medical and healthcare innovation and care for the whole of Sri Lanka.

R4C co-organiser David Rasiah said: “Anandan is a man of few words who definitely has a passion to put Sri Lanka in the spotlight by attracting top doctors and scientists to GMH and the top cricketers to the LPL.”
