President Rajapaksa congratulates the new U.S. President

President Gotabaya Rajapaksa and Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa have extended their congratulations to the new President and Vice President of the U.S, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.
In a tweet, President Rajapaksa congratulated President Biden and states that both he and the Sri Lankan Government looks forward to working together towards a stronger & mutually beneficial bilateral relationship.
Prime Minister Rajapaksa also took to Twitter to congratulate the new President of the USA and stated that he looks forward to working together with President Biden to further strengthen the relationship between Sri Lanka and USA.
