‘Post COVID-19’: First Batch of Lankans flying to Korea

Korean Ambassador to Sri Lanka Woonjin Jeong, on 22 September, met the first batch of Sri Lankan migrant workers who will be returning to Korea post COVID-19, the Korean Embassy said yesterday (23).
The Ambassador expressed his appreciation for their contribution to uplift the economies of both countries. Woonjin presented the migrant workers with handmade masks manufactured by a Sri Lankan social enterprise as a token of appreciation.
