A 23-year-old man who attempted to commit suicide by jumping down a waterfall was rescued by the Hatton Police today (16).
A worker at the Hatton Abossley Estate informed the Hatton Police that he saw a young man standing on a rocky plateau above the waterfall that flows into the Hatton Oya, a major tributary of the Mahaweli River today (16).
