Outgoing, Incoming Aussie Defence Advisers meet Army Chief

Outgoing Defence Adviser at the Australian High Commission in Sri Lanka, Group Captain Sean Unwin and incoming Defence Adviser, Captain Ian Cain paid a joint courtesy call on Army Commander Lieutenant General Shavendra Silva on 30 November at the Army Headquarters.
Group Captain Unwin expressed his gratitude to the Army Chief for the help extended to him during his tenure of office. Lieutenant General Silva and the duo had a exchange of views on matters of bilateral importance, mutual interest and ongoing preventive measures taken to curb the spread of COVID-19.
