The MCSA in a statement said they were shocked when they heard of the tragic incident and added that they appreciated the swift action taken by Pakistan Prime Minister, Imran Khan in this regard.

The statement added that since Pakistan was a friendly nation, tragic incidents of this nature should not recur, as it would damage the goodwill between the two countries.

This is an extremely shameful and barbaric crime and cannot be justified at any cost, the statement added.

The Pakistani Police was on a manhunt to arrest the culprits, while several have already been arrested. However the Pakistani Government’s move and Pakistani Premier Khan must be appreciated, the statement added.
