Maliban supports Gampaha DGH with essential biomedical equipment
Maliban Biscuits recently helped the Gampaha District General Hospital (DGH) in combined efforts against the fast-spreading, deadly virus. They donated multiple biomedical equipment to the hospital to treat critically ill patients.
This project stands as yet another effort in Maliban’s overall commitment towards a national cause to protect local communities. With a total investment of LKR 4 million, the company provided state-of-the-art ICU equipment to the Gampaha District General Hospital.
The full functioning ICU bed and the ventilator consisting of the latest equipment will assist the hospital and staff to ensure the best treatment and recovery for critically ill COVID patients, as the hospital fights each day to save lives at risk. Maliban also donated other necessary ward equipment such as 250 oxygen masks and 60 nonrebreather masks.
