Indian Air Chief Visits IPKF Memorial

Visiting Indian Air Force Commander, Chief of Air Staff, Air Chief Marshal Rakesh Kumar Singh Badhauria on Thursday (4) paid a floral tribute to soldiers of the Indian Peace Keeping Force (IPKF) who made the supreme sacrifice during their tenure in Sri Lanka, Sri Lanka Air Force said.
The ceremony was held at in front of the IPKF memorial, Battaramulla. SLAF’s Air Commodore S.N. Fernandopulle was also present at the occasion.
