Dead body found in hotel

A dead body has been found in a hotel located at the Gurugammana Road, Kesbewa.
Police said that the body was discovered based on a tip-off received by the Piliyandala Police Station this morning (7).
The deceased has been identified as the owner of the hotel, and his wife, who was injured, has been admitted to the Kalubowila Hospital.
The Piliyandala Police are conducting further investigations into the incident.
