Local COVID-19: Over 700,000 vaccinated

The Epidemiology Unit says that over 700,000 persons have been vaccinated so far.

This was after 24,757 persons were inoculated yesterday (06), raising the total amount of vaccinated persons to 724,278.

Meanwhile, Sri lanka received a consignment of AstraZeneca doses via the COVAX facility last night, and the inoculation program is expected to continue.
