The All Share Price Index of the Colombo Stock Exchange recorded a high of 7,922.66 today, surpassing the previous record high of 7,811.80.
The previous high of the All Share Price Index was recorded on 14 February 2011.
Meanwhile, 65,520 shares were traded today, which has been recorded as the highest in a single day in history.
