FT Colombo City Centre rewards vaccinated patrons

Colombo City Centre welcomes everyone to its luxury lifestyle complex for the safest shopping, dining and entertainment experience, with the introduction of the ‘We Love Safety’ campaign, dedicated towards ensuring the safety of all visitors. All important COVID-19 health and safety protocols are strictly adhered to throughout the entire premises. The temperature of each visitor is checked at the entrance with a thermal imaging camera (Infrared Thermometer), and they can enter the Mall after using the provided footwear sanitising mats.

Sanitiser dispensers are available at various locations within the building, and disinfection procedures take place regularly to maintain the hygienic standards of the Mall. The ‘We Love Safety’ campaign aims to gently remind visitors to follow safety precautions throughout their entire visit. Safety ambassadors will be mobile in the Mall premises, identifiable by their ‘We Love Safety’ badges, to observe visitors and ensure that they adhere to the safety instructions at all times, so the safety of visitors as well as everyone else is uncompromised. These professionals – who are part of Colombo City Centre’s emergency response team, customer care team and security team – are trained to protect the safety of both shoppers and employees as a means to combat the COVID-19 virus.

Safety instructions are also displayed on all digital screens inside the Mall, while details about the ‘We Love Safety’ campaign are available on the Colombo City Centre Facebook and Instagram pages. Drawing inspiration from the overwhelming praise received by Colombo City Centre, the Mall has strengthened its commitment towards providing the safest environment for visitors to shop, dine and enjoy worldclass entertainment.

Customers who shop at any store at the Mall can produce their government-issued vaccination card with both completed vaccines marked, along with all their bills of that day to the help desk. Bills totalling between Rs 5,000 and Rs 10,000 will receive a Rs 500 CCC Gift Voucher, above Rs 10,000 to Rs 15,000 – a CCC Gift Voucher worth Rs 1,000, above Rs 15,000 to Rs 20,000 – a Rs 1,500 CCC Gift Voucher, and above Rs 20,000 – a CCC Gift Voucher valued at Rs 2,000. These gift vouchers are redeemable only until 30 August 2021, and cannot be redeemed on the same day of receiving. Visit Colombo City Centre today, as only a limited number of gift vouchers are available.
