Colombo High Court Judge Amal Ranaraja yesterday issued notice on three Australian nationals, including special witness Rose Smith, to testify in the case filed against Minister of Energy Udaya Gammanpila, on 3 September.

Shavendra Fernando PC appearing for the accused Minister stated that the special witness, Smith, had worked as an employee of the firm owned by the plaintiff and noted that her testimony could prove to be vital for the case.
