Local Budget 2020: Debate to continue today

The Committee Stage debate on the budget 2021 will continue today (25).

The Minister of Transport said that 400 dilapidated Sri Lanka Transport Board buses will be restored and utilised by 1 January 2021. 

Prime Minister and Finance Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa presented the Appropriation Bill 2021 in Parliament on 17 November.
