BoC relocates Sevanapitiya branch to offer a seamless banking experience


With the aim of providing a seamless banking experience along with the latest digital banking solutions, the Bank of Ceylon (BoC), recently, shifted its Sevanapitiya branch to a new building to add more convenience to its customers.

The opening ceremony took place under the patronage of the bank’s DGM Branch Operations and Development Banking Priyal Silva. DGM Branch Credit Range 1 S. Sivanjan, DGM Product and Banking Development Ajith Karunarathne and AGM Marketing Aruna Hettiarachchi were also among the distinguished guests. The event was officiated by the AGM North Central Province Mahinda Bandara, staff of the Province office and the staff of the Sevanapitiya branch.

BoC’s modern facility in the Sevanapitiya Branch will provide customers with access to a full-range of modern banking services, including digital banking channels under one roof. The Bank aims to play a greater role in uplifting the socio-economic wellbeing of the people in the region by further enhancing its service quality. As the Branch is connected with the network of 648 BoC branches across the country, the customers have the privilege of carrying out transactions from any part of the country through the BoC branch network.
