Danidu receives ‘cricket equipment’ from SLC


Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) handed over ‘cricket equipment’ to Danidu Sellaperuma, the lad from St. Joseph’s College, Anuradhapura, who scored 553 runs during a recent Under-15 Division III, Tier B, school match.

The Under-15 is conducted by Sri Lanka Cricket in collaboration with the Schools Cricket Association.

The equipment was handed over to the Danidu recently in the presence of his captain Pamula Lokuliyana and coach Athula Rohana.

The items donated consisted of 3 bats, 3 batting pads, 3 batting gloves, a wicket-keeping glove and a pad, 03 thigh guards, 02 helmets, and a cricket bag. SLC also handed over ‘cricket equipment’ to his school’s Under-15 team during the year.
