All Presidential candidates should reveal their future plans to the people, the Black Cap Movement emphasised, in a statement yesterday (19).
They also said the Black Cap Movement took to the streets with silent protests since last March, with a dream of establishing a new Government which can truly fulfil the wishes of the public.
They also said, for 102 days, they have been supporting the ‘Aragalaya’ as well.
“We would like to know the plans of the presidential candidates to quickly resolve the current economic, social and political crisis in Sri Lanka and to prepare a better foundation for Sri Lanka to generate wealth.”
The Black Cap Movement also said they would like to know from the political leaders regarding programmes and measures that will be taken to protect the vulnerable sections of the society to ensure a fair redistribution of income, which is missed in the said economic restructuring programme.
