Although it is scheduled to hold G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination 2022 in November this year, it could be further delayed by another month, Education Minister Susil Premajayantha said.
He made this remark in Parliament yesterday (4), in response to an Oral Question raised by MP Shantha Bandara.
The Minister said it is expected to release the results of A/L Examination 2021 on 15 August. “The examination should be held at least three months after releasing the results because the students who need to sit for the examination for the second time must have enough time to prepare,” he added.
