FSP to lodge complaint with EC

The Frontline Socialist Party (FSP) has decided to lodge an official complaint with the Election Commission (EC) regarding the unwarranted presence of a group of police officers at its head office situated at Nugegoda on 21 June.

The sources from the FSP charged that their political freedom has been infringed by the actions of the Police Department over the unannounced visit to its head office.

They also alleged the Police have no right to forcibly enter offices of registered political parties sans prior notice.
