The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) says that a B report will be filed against former Minister Johnston Fernando in the Colombo Fort Magistrate’s Court today (01).
The relevant B report is being presented naming him as a suspect in the violent May 9 attacks on protestors at the GotaGoGama and MinaGoGama sites.
Further action will be taken on the orders issued by the Magistrate.
