Underscoring its commitment to support and promote inclusive digital banking in Sri Lanka, Cargills Bank was honoured with a Silver Award and two Merit Awards at the recently-concluded LankaPay Technnovation Awards 2022. Cargills Bank won the Silver Award for the ‘Best LankaPay Card Implementer of the Year’ and a Merit Award each for ‘Acquirer Bank for the Best Mobile Application for Retail Payment via LankaQR’ and ‘Acquirer Bank for the Best Mobile Application for Retail Payment via Just Pay’. Attesting to Cargills Bank’s unique customer service and digital-first service delivery model, the Bank was also recognised amongst the three nominees for the highly coveted ‘Bank on Excellence in Customer Convenience’ Award.
