Ethiliwewa MV bowled out for 9 runs by Anula

Ethiliwewa Maha Vidyalaya were bowled out for 9 runs by Anula Vidyalaya in their pre-quarter-final round match played in Homagama Friday. Anula won by 10 wickets.

Left arm leg spinner Hashini Liyanage claimed 5 wickets for 2 runs in 4 overs. 

Manudi Dulansa Nanayakkara, left hand open batter of Princess of Wales College Moratuwa scored 128 runs in 89 balls with 17 boundaries and 3 sixes against St. Joseph’s in Kegalle. Along with fellow opener Achini Lakmali, the pair were involved in 167 runs stand for the first wicket.

Princess of Wales won by 212 runs. 

Sri Siddhartha MMV Eppawala beat Wickramashila NS Giriulla by 6 runs according to average run rate in Eppawala.

Anula Vidyalaya, Princess of Wales and Sri Siddhartha MMV advanced to the quarter finals.
