The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL) has refused to approve power outrages of over 7 hours requested by the Ceylon Electricity Board for tomorrow (04).
The Commission has directed to impose power cuts of 5 hours (three or four hours during the day time and one or two hours during the night before 10pm.) spread over two time slots for consumer convenience.
