A second man has died while standing in a queue for fuel.
The 70-year-old collapsed at a fuel station in Kadawatha this morning (20) and died upon admission at Ragama Teaching Hospital.
He was a three-wheeler driver from Makola and had been waiting to buy petrol.
Yesterday, a man aged 71 years collapsed while waiting for more than five hours for kerosene at a filling station in Kandy town and was pronounced dead upon admission to hospital.
